Dance/Step/Aqua Aerobics

This sport will appeal to those who want to spend energy while having fun and indulging .
*Materials Required :
. Comfortable clothing
.Towel, bottle of water to hydrate
. Specific accessories depending on the type of dance practiced
. Energy expenditure
A 60 kg woman will spend about 600 calories in an hour of aerobics supported .

Sport Endurance increases respiratory and cardiovascular capacity
. Some styles of aerobics promote personal expression and artistic creativity
. Used to work the muscles of the body as a whole
. Promotes relaxation
. Adds diversity training. May result in weight loss. Can be played alone, at home, or group classes .
The aerobic dance is practiced in good humor , a lively music ! You can be alone or accompanied by a friend
( I train up to 5 people )
3 Levels : Strong, Medium & Beginners . Children are grouped by ages and levels. Classes last 1 hour for adults, 45min / 1 hour for children and seniors. Fitness accessories are supplied. The water aerobics is praticed at home in your pool..
The lessons can be practiced outdoors or at home, you just make sure to have a minimum space to do the exercises

Benefits of Stability Ball Training
Maintaining proper alignment on the ball stimulates the body's natural motor reflexes and encourages the body to react as a whole, integrated unit. This type of movement corresponds to how you move about in a normal day. Training on the ball challenges the whole body to participate in order to maintain correct posture and balance, and to perform dynamic exercise movement.
When using the ball correctly, the body is required to utilize various muscles for stabilization. These muscles may not have been previously challenged using traditional exercise equipment. Because the ball is versatile and dynamic the training outcome will deliver maximal results.
The ball can improve muscle strength and endurance in all of the major muscle groups. Training with the ball can improve muscle tone, increase muscle endurance and strength, restore or improve flexibility, enhance spinal stability, complement your resistance and aerobic training programs, help you lose weight, and improve your balance, posture and coordination.
The ball is ideal for stretching and offers additional options to traditional static stretching. Traditional stretching usually requires you to stretch on the floor and can be difficult to achieve and maintain many of the stretching positions.

You want to tone your body, scupter ? I propose targeted exercises that will work every part of your body ! Your figure will be refined and toned ! The exercises are divided into three levels of difficulty, suitable for the student. I accompany every move safely.
All equipment (if needed) will be provided , except your personal accessories (towel, water .. ) courses are practiced alone or in groups at home ! Each course is suitable and secure. So if you want to lose weight, tone & sculpt your body , find a fun activity for your children , play sports couple, learn how to safely overtake you , call me , I'm your personal trainer !
